New AL MALIKA
RANGE: AL MALIKA / ORIGIN: SYRIA
MANUFACTURER: NAJJAR
This pack contains 6 calligraphed Aleppo soaps with bay oil and olive oil, all in a beautiful box.
Properties :
From a cosmetic point of view, it is hypoallergenic and extremely moisturizing, making it ideal for the care of dry or fragile skin such as that of babies, for example.
Aleppo soap, as a superfatted soap, can also be used to treat acne, psoriasis or eczema problems.
It can even be used as a shampoo to combat dandruff. It is also used as a face mask.
Finally, it is an excellent shaving treatment, since it does not irritate the skin.
Regular use of Aleppo soap:
The frequency of using Aleppo soap will depend on your needs.
Every day you can use it like any other soap for the toilet.
As a shampoo, use it no more than twice a week: lather the soap in your hands and apply it to wet hair. Ideally, rinse with water containing a little apple cider vinegar.
You can also use it as a face mask, especially for acne. In this case, after wetting your face with warm water (to open the pores), apply the Aleppo soap all over your face and let it sit for a minute before rinsing.
Moreover, Aleppo soap can make an excellent shaving foam.
Conservation :
So make sure you don't leave it lying around in a soap dish unless it has holes to allow water to drain (the soap should not remain in the water).
Remember to turn it over so that it can dry on all sides between uses.
Ideally, store it away from light (especially sunlight) and in a dry place to prevent it from deteriorating. Note that Aleppo soap also acts as a moth repellent (bay leaves keep them away), so storing it in a linen closet is a good idea.
